Shipping Policy

🚚 Free Delivery on All Orders

We offer complimentary shipping across India on all orders, with no minimum purchase requirement.

Orders are typically delivered within 4–5 business days, depending on your delivery pin code and location. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or message containing your tracking details.

Any products with extended delivery timelines will have the estimated delivery period clearly mentioned on the product page and during checkout.

All shipments are fully trackable to ensure a smooth and transparent delivery experience.

Returns & Exchanges

🔄 Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
All original tags, labels, and accessories must remain attached.
The product must be returned in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase or order confirmation may be required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Made-to-order or customized products
Items marked as Final Sale
Products returned in a used, damaged, or altered condition

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to banking and payment gateway processing times.
